Chef Nick’s All Purpose Marinade

Marinated Chicken2

For 1 pound of chicken, beef or pork
2T lemon juice
3T Italian Dressing
2T Oregano (dried leaves)
2T Garlic Powder
¼  Cup Apple Juice

Place the meat of your choice in 1-gallon zip lock bag and all marinade ingredients, seal bag and shake well.  Refrigerator at 1hour or overnight. 

Tip: If extra, freeze for a later day.
