dinner"? Learn how to prepare healthy entrees for your family.
Chef Nick is bringing a creative concept to the Southern Tier of New York
with easy to assemble entrees that eliminates menu planning, shopping, prep-work and
cleanup by moving the entree assembly process out of people’s kitchens and into
Once A Month Cooking Session.
Rotate through recipe stations, scooping freshly cut and prepped raw
ingredients into the provided baking pans or gallon-sized zip-top bags. Label
your assembled entrees, take home and freeze. Appropriate cooking instructions
included. The whole process takes approximately two hours and costs $198
for 12 Entrees each serving 4-6 people (a total of 48-72 servings) or $119 for 6
Entrees each serving 4-6 people (a total of 24-36 servings), which is less than
$3.00 per serving.
Or for an extra
$25 let Chef Nick and his staff assemble your meals, all you have to do is pick
them up.
You will be able to provide your families with nutritious,
wholesome, home-cooked meals with less stress. Some of the other benefits
include quick and easy cleanup, fewer trips to the grocery store (less impulsive
buying), saving time and money, and increased opportunities to enjoy family
dinners.

Pick your selections from the current menu. You can choose 6 entrees or 12 entrees. Additional entrees are $17.95 each.
Terms & Conditions
· I agree to all the rules of conduct at Chef Nicks’ Kitchen.
· I agree to follow the cooking instructions included with the meals.
· I agree to freeze my meals as soon as possible after my assembling session.
· I agree not to attend a Chef Nicks’ Kitchen session if I have, or have been exposed to a cold, flu or any communicable diseases.
· I agree to store all dinners below 40ºF and I will heat all dinners to an internal temperature above 145ºF for beef, 155ºF for fish and 165ºF for poultry when ready to eat.
· I agree to be fully responsible for the transportation and proper storage of my assembled meals.
· By signing this agreement I release Chef Nicks’ Kitchen from all or any causes of action or
liabilities as a result of my preparation, storage, and consumption of meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Chef Nicks’ Kitchen.
· I agree not to resell Chef Nicks’ Kitchen meals or use them for commercial service

Ordering
In order to keep our prices at a great value we ask that each student order a
minimum of 12 entrees or may have the option to pay a premium price for our 6
entrée Express package. Additional entrée selections are $17.95 each. Our
whole mission is “Together we can bring the family back to the dinner
table” and we want you to come and enjoy yourself and have fun. We only
ask that for everyone’s safety there be no attendees under the age of 7. All
you have to do is bring some kind of tote or cooler to transport your assembled
meals home to your freezer. We will have refreshments available at each class.
We understand that life is unpredictable and that there will be cancellations. There will be a full refund for cancellations made more than 5 days in advance. Cancellations of less than five days in advance will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Chef Nicks’ Kitchen will make every effort to reschedule your session without penalty. For bad weather conditions please contact Chef Nicks’ Kitchen to see if your session has been cancelled. If the session is cancelled, information will be provided on Chef Nicks’ voicemail and every effort will be made to reschedule your session.
