It doesn’t get any easier than this.

Separate one head of Cauliflower into bite size florets; place in food storage bag add ¼ cup of olive oil.  Season with 2 tbsp. of granulated garlic, 1 tbsp dry Italian seasoning 2 tsp of red pepper flakes, 1 tsp of sea salt.  Shake well to coat Cauliflower, place in 9 x 13 roasting pan.  Place in a 400 degree oven uncovered for 25 – 30 minutes.  Remove from oven and generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Serve immediately.
