Roasted Veggies

RVeggies 2Ingredients:

5 – Carrots – julienne
1 – Red Sweet Pepper – cubes
1 – bunch Asparagus – end cut off
4 – cups Broccoli
1 – large Zucchini cut 1 inch slices
2 – cups Brussel Sprouts
6 – Red Potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 – cups Snow Peas

Seasonings:

1 –  ¾ oz package Fresh Thyme Chopped
3 – Tbsp crushed Garlic
1 – Tbsp powdered Garlic
¼ – cup lemon juice
1 –  cup olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all seasonings in a small bowl; pour over veggies, roast in a preheated 350°
oven for 30-45 minutes.
