Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Here is a recipe from Chef Nick to get through the cold winter weather.

Pulled PorkIngredients:

1 (2 pound) pork shoulder picnic roast
1 cup chicken broth
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
8 Ciabatta rolls, split and lightly toasted

Place pork in slow cooker; pour chicken broth over meat and rub with onion mix.
Cover and cook on low until well done, 6-7 hours. Remove pork from Slow Cooker and put into a 8×8 glass baking dish.
Shred pork discarding any bone or fat.  Stir in barbecue sauce. Serve over rolls.
