Marinated Chicken Wraps

Marinated Chicken Wrap

To continue from last week’s post about wraps.  Here is another wrap that is one of our family favorites.


8 oz. marinated grilled boneless/skinless chicken breast – bite size pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 small green pepper – sliced thin
1 small onion – sliced thin
2 large tortilla shells
A-1 steak sauce and (hot sauce*optional) – to taste


Sauté peppers and onions in olive oil until tender, add chicken and combine.
Heat tortilla’s in microwave 20 seconds, split the chicken mixture between the center of the two tortilla shells. Top with ¼ cup cheese for each, add steak sauce and wrap.   Serve immediately.
